It entitles you to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund if they are in the same condition this will include the cost of delivery but not the cost of returning the items to us. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. We will pay your refund within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or mis-described.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

Next business day delivery in London only. 

Our next day flowers delivery is available on bouquets from John Carter Flowers. Order online before 3 pm and we will deliver your flowers next day, 7 days of the week.
